I am very impressed with the way that the title of this blog post can be sung to the tune of Cwm Rhondda!
Most of what Brown has announced is good stuff, and much of it long overdue. But the technique of 'starting a debate' about some elements is a favourite technique for meaning they won't really go anywhere. This is dangerous for Lib Dems. I have set out here what I think the trap is that Brown has set for Lib Dems.
